An all-in-one digital operating platform engineered for Paying Guest (PG) owners, hostel managers, co-living operators, and residents. Featuring live bed matrix, automated billing, and zero-commission UPI payments.
02. The Challenge
PG owners frequently deal with manual register entries, delayed rent follow-ups, messy electricity sub-meter calculations, and lost KYC records. A mobile-first, dual-role system was needed to bridge the gap between landlords and residents.
03. The Solution
We architected a high-performance cross-platform Flutter application backed by Firebase Firestore realtime streams and Riverpod. We engineered an interactive bed matrix visualizer, automated monthly invoicing with stamped PDF receipts, and integrated commission-free direct UPI payments.
Business Impact
Eliminated 100% of manual paper receipts, reduced rent collection delays by 55%, and enabled instant bed vacancy tracking.
